By creating an account or using RestoreWright, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms form a binding agreement between you and The Wright Ones LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RestoreWright provides automated scope and report generation tools for restoration contractors. All scopes and reports generated by RestoreWright are provided as a starting point and must be reviewed, verified, and approved by the contractor before submission to insurers or clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any generated output, and you are solely responsible for the final documents you deliver.
You must be 18 or older and have authority to bind any business you represent. One account per person or business entity. You are responsible for all activity under your account. By using this service, you represent that you hold any required licenses for restoration work in your jurisdiction.
RestoreWright is billed monthly starting at $169/month for the Pro plan. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by law.
You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose; submit generated scopes or reports to insurers or clients without independent professional review; attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service; generate documents at scale beyond your subscription limits; submit false or misleading job data; or interfere with other users or our infrastructure.
Scopes and reports generated by RestoreWright are starting points, not final deliverables. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving all output before submitting to insurers, adjusters, or clients. The Wright Ones LLC is not liable for any losses arising from the use of RestoreWright-generated documents without your independent professional review and sign-off.
You retain ownership of your inspection data and report content. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service. The RestoreWright platform, software, and branding are owned by The Wright Ones LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wright Ones LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of RestoreWright shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any liability arising from scopes or reports delivered to third parties.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
